It's nice to see a picture of a woman with normal sized breasts. I love how the floor captures the light and it looks like she's laying on the sky. It's very artistic and Photoshop wasn't overly used. I'm faving this.

Some tiles have a certain type of rock in them (can't remember what's it called right now) that catches the light at a certain angle and sparkle. I think that's what it is.
