I felt the pieces crumble down
My psyche spread all around
My reasons became meaningless
This world…so seamless

One piece, one personality
Two pieces, two people
Three pieces, a crowd
My world, my rationality

They all left me, alone…
The day it fell apart
The day I ran away
The day We fell apart

As they left
I dissolved
I lost
My resolve

Fate is an illusion
Time an undertaker
Destiny a scam artist
There is no Maker

See through the illusion
Defeat the undertaker
Ignore the scam artist
Be your own Maker

I saw the pieces turn to dust
I watched as they blew away
I let myself smother in the rust
I let it all fall away

Red and yellow gave me sight
Now I’m colorblind
Black and white have become my plight
I’ve become completely out-of-mind

In-san-it-ty
Tak-ing-o-ver-me
Noth-ing-left-for-me
What will become of me!

I tore the pieces down
I watched them crawl away
I scattered them around
I will not return that way

Sanity was a curse
But, this has become much worse
Until the pieces return to me
I will not be complete

Return to me!
Return to me!
San-it-ty!
Com-plete-me!

I begged the pieces to return
But, they lit a fire and I was burned
I watched the flesh melt away
It was there message to convey

“You had your chance
But now it’s gone
We were with you
Way too long.”

“Never again
Will we make that mistake
Our wings are punctured
With your nine-inch stakes”

Now I’m just a shell, in this hell of an illusion called life. This delusion has eaten at me so long, I’ve come to the conclusion that my intrusion to this world has caused a severe contusion to the moral upbringing of the population’s offspring and it must be mended. My life must be ended.

With my days so few
I give you a warning
Don’t trust in me for anything
Cause I’ll break you too
