Description
Here's my latest 11x14 homage piece which was done on 2ply Bristol Paper- Pen&Ink and Letratone. This is the legendary scene in Issue 11 of Marvel Comics "GODZILLA" series whereas Red Ronin engages Big G in battle. I have the kaiju Yetigar knocked out in the background.Related content

Hey EB, I'm sure others will drop by and leave comments- No worries. On the "After Herb Trimpe" that is pretty much a mark of respect for the scenario in Issue eleven of the series whereas all three behemoths battled. My composition is a lot different than what he did but the "spirit" of the scene is there and as a fan of his art. I need others who may not know who he is to maybe Google him up and learn more about the contributions he brought to the comic field and the super robot/giant kaiju genre

Understandable and a commendable notion that you have added to the pieces. If I may add my two cents on whether you are proposing to color this or not I would strongly urge you to do it. Red is often times a tricky color to get right. Either it is too intense and looks rather fake, or too light and airy and just whiffs of inexperience on the artist. Your abilities with color make me quite confident that you would make the Red Ronin machine really just pop out and make a fitting topping to your tribute piece that you have done.
