Whether to kill him or not, even though I wanted to be apart of the blades and do stuff. I got that mod where I don't have to kill him and I join the blades. It didn't make any sense why the blades would cut off from the Dragonborn, the person who they're supposed to FOLLOW no matter what, just cause I wanna spare the one being who can actually teach others the voices of power, the ability the blades endorse. He's a very essential dovah and the blades are so close minded to even see the potential in all of it, it isn't even right, besides it not making one ounce of sense as to why they should kill him other than him being a dragon... *rolls eyes*. Sorry for rant, i know its irrelevant to this picture. I love the drawing! I think it's very detailed and heart warming even

Apparently he did some not very cool stuff while he was still the right hand of Alduin. Mass killing perhaps. Itβs kinda as if a killer entered your house, slaughtering your entire family, had no punishment because he would later help people and then would become a good man.

One thing for sure... fuck the Blades! No! Fuck Delphine! She's boss you around, doesn't do anything helpful, stupid and she just piss you off! TheirΒ oath as blades is to serve the Dragonborn not the other way around.ο»Ώ without Paarthurnak help, the world would have ended, so he basically help you save the world while the Blades are just sitting around bitching why you haven't kill Paarthurnak. Not to mention again Delphine is so stupid and doesn't know anything about the Dragonborn! She basically saying "We should kill all Dragons from the face of Nirn!" So she's going kill Dragonborn later on? Because the Dragonborn has a soul of a dragon but in a human body of whatever race you are. So you are brother/sister to all Dragons. Oh and without the Dragonborn, they wouldn't have opened that damn temple! And laterΒ Delphine thinks "You're either with us or against us" but in reality it's "You're either with the dragonborn or against the dragonborn"Β

I hope Paarthurnak death isn't canon when the next TES comes out, because that would really suck! And hope the fate of the Dragonborn isn't in the hands of Daedric Prince Hermaeus Mora. Daedric are assholes.

I feel so bad for killing him. I though being in the blades would be badass, going dragon hunting, but the fricken dragon hunting quests are MISC. For real? Not sidequests,where it would be marked in your journalto show its done like main and side quests? And ye only get like one a day.

The blades are pretty much stuck in the past, he already paid for his sin in a way with his solitary exile, pretty much what we do with people by putting them in jail, besides he is too awesome of a character like to let him die

This is so freaking cool. I always loved the idea of Paarthurnax being the wise, ancient and unorthodox mentor to the dragonborn's quest to master the way of the voice. Reminds me much of the sense of surprise one gets when they first see look encounter yoda, the most powerful jedi master, and realize he is just a tiny green crazy guy. Wisdom comes in many forms. This is a great peace, keep up the good work fcotriggs!

Beautiful job. I could see my character (well a couple of them) sitting down and having a nice chat with Paathurnax discussing things ranging from philosophy, dragons, and maybe even jokes.

It was so cool to talk to him and finally it happened!
