Description This is my interpretation of Lady Astra, a superheroine OC belonging to the phenomenal
Lady Astra has been high on my list of superheroines to draw since I first saw gs1222's stunning gallery. So when gs1222 gave me a surprise Core membership earlier in the week, it was the perfect time to draw her, as my way of saying thank you

I'm particularly happy with the sparkly blue, which I wasn't sure whether or not was going to work.

Thank you Glad you like the blue. It was a new technique for me, and I didn't know how well it was going to work, but I didn't want to just do flat blue, because the shiny, sparkly look was part of the appeal.
I'm glad I went ahead and experimented, because I'm really happy with how it turned out

I love the costume. I knew the shiny, sparkly blue effect would be difficult to achieve, but I like a challenge, and I'm pleased with how it turned out
