It seems that Aqua here is in a pickle. I think I can imagine that the first thing she did was she consumed some weird mashed-potato like food and she began to get fat as her stomach started to bloat. The bloating then spread to her other body parts.

She tried to use some cloth band in an attempt to stop the expansion, but it kept on bloating and bloating while making her look more fatter and chubbier.

All that she can do was cry and wail while shouting Kazuma's name, being the useless water goddess she is. Okay, that may sound cruel, but Konosuba fans find it funny for how Aqua cries and gets bullied. Right?

But anyway, let's hope that her bloating does no go out of control or she would be a huge ball in an empty field outside the city of Axel.
