Description
I got this feather in a package which contained mostly eagle feathers. It measures 28cm. My guess is golden eagle because of the color, but the spots look more like juvenile bald eagle..Can someone help me ID it?

I cannot see any similarity to a golden eagle feather and I have seen many but I simply see a typical sea eagle feather from a younger bird with the typical patterns they show.
