A tail feather I found at the zoo's tropical bird section. If anyone has an idea of which bird it may come, please leave a comment!It's about 13 cm long and it got nice white and blue/black colors.

it is a side tail feather of a fan dove or a other special breed of pigeon with long tail feathers

It looks like a tail to me...... I can tell because of the shape it has to it.... Hmmmm... I don't know but it is very pretty.
