I thought victim 07+08 referred to Henry as the reciever.

He is called "The Receiver of Wisdom" in the game, but I tried to comeΒ up with one word that would fit his personality and place in the story. He spends a lot of time in the game watching and learning about things from a distance, so I went with calling him "The Observer"

And since the new one is out, Murphy might be "The Prisoner" or something, cause he WAS in prison before all the Silent Hill sh*t happened.........

I thought about matching them up with actual tarot cards, but I didn't want to worry about having the right number so I decided to make up my own titles for each one.

Awesome! I really would like to see how they interact with each other. I imagine them standing in the raw, loading their guns and saying all together: "We've got a shotguns!"
Is there any fanfiction where they are transported to Silent Hill together and have to fight all the mosters as a team?

its the BEST THING EVER, long but worth it. heres a bit of a chapter.
The team continued to descend down the staircase, but not particularly enjoying the scenery. Headless goats, and mannequins were displayed every several steps so James decided to try to bring everyone spirits up.
"We're off, we're off! To foreign lands unknown, to see things never shown." James sang
"What are you doing?" Alex asked
"Well beat them all, own the land, and make it all look boring." James added
"Please don't rhyme my quotes to your song." Alex groaned
"I promise you my good friend Alex, it won't take very long!" James rhymed
James looked hopefully at Maria signaling her to continue the freestyle song.
"Oh! Um~...I'm not wearing any thongs?" Maria added while shrugging
"Maria that's no way to sing a song!" Heather sang
"This all feels very wrong." Travis said
Everyone looked at Travis with mixed feelings
"...I didn't mean to add to that" Travis quickly said
"Too late you did, and it sounded very flat." Laura sang
"I wish I wore my fedora hat." Douglas randomly added
"I want some new shoes stat." Lisa also randomly said
"If this keeps up, my brain will snap..." Henry warned
"At least we're not battling each other with raps." Harry said
"Are you guys even singing? It sounds like crap." Cynthia commented
"I think we somehow forgot the singing, and just went with rhyming." Elle stated
"That didn't rhyme Elle, you have bad timing." Eileen sang, giggling afterward
"For some reason I can't stop smiling." Alessa cheerfully added
"Are you guys even trying?" Wheeler asked
"I had a dream that I was flying." Little Walter admitted
"Was it with me when you were dreaming?" Laura sang
"I really like that you're still singing." Cybil complimented
"Even if it makes my ears start ringing, I really like what you are bringing." Christopher sang
"...I'm opening the door." Henry abruptly said
Everyone quickly turned around towards Henry who was standing next to the door they had to go through next.
"...Might as well, it was fun while it lasted." James said

I don't really read any SH fanfiction, but there might be some with all of them together. With all of them in Silent Hill together I'd be scared to see what kind of monsters would come out of the fog to get them.

It seems the western-developed ones always seem to favour the enpowered males especially since Downpour will have an escaped convict.

This is really cool. It makes me want to play the original again. You've really captured the feel of isolation and permeable fear with these. Each character has their light and is armed, waiting for some creature to pop out of the fog to tear them to bits.

When I was sketching Henry I gave him a flashlight, then when I was doing the finished drawing I remembered that he doesn't have one. Plus he has to fight enemies that can't be killed. He sure doesn't have it easy.

ACK I know! And I don't know why people dislike Henry and his game so much. I kinda like that he doesn't talk as much as the others. 8>

SH4 is probably my least favorite Silent Hill game, but it still has it's good parts. I really like the whole idea of the apartment element, and I like the characters of Henry and Walter. What gets to me are those ghosts. When they're around they make things frustrating and take away from the atmosphere of the game. Plus I wish the game had a silly ending like all the others have.

Well you gotta remember that it wasn't supposed to be a Silent Hill game, hence, why there is sadly no UFO ending.
Playing the game for the first time and am actually really enjoying it right now, I'm also playing Homecoming again which is one of my top favorites.
