Project haltedEnough with vista styles, they are getting boring as "yet another vista clone" So this is my first minimalistic style I'm working on. Sure, there are a lot of amazing minimal styles out there, but I decided to make something myself. Almost everything here is made from scratch using photoshop cs3 (finally), mostly gradients with alpha channels. I'm only half way done on this, because some elements are invisible, wrong colors etc. If I decide to release this dark one, I'll make a opposite Light style with same guidelines. Oh and one more thing, I can't think of a original name for this style, maybe somebody could help me out?
What will be included:
WB skin (currently on xp compatible)
Styler skin
WMP skin
There may be a alternative white version of this.
PS Due to some new issues found in RC2 it will be delayed for a few days.

I love this, as Orange is one of my favorite colors because it carries so much energy. This darker vision of that I find really appealing when I have a lot on my mind, so how about "Thoughtful Orange" or "Deep Thoughts"? It doesn't need to make lots of sense necessarily, but it should be enough to get people to at least check it out instead of simply dismissing it. I'll hit you up on Steam to see what progress you make on it. Look for no1here4u2c on Steam.

Meh, I don't like most minimal themes because they're either too shiny or have a thin taskbar that looks stupid when I use the WMP toolbar, this is the only one I've seen that is neither of those.

I checked all the skin colors, and none matched the original color (RGB all 197).

That's impossible, did you select show me the skin defined colors in the drop down list?
And there are plenty of SkinStudio tutorials, please use them to find your answers.

It's a dialog color, and i set it to same as the window color.

very very nice! I was looking at the window you have open with the abstract wallpapers and thought of like the name "Abztract".... yea i know kinda stupid name it just popped into my head and yea it probably doesnt fit this theme but eh I tried lol.
