I really dontknow why DD wears this fancy nekomimi. Maybe i just missed something reading Homestuck. English in it (language not Lord ^^') sometimes rather difficult for me to translate (even with dictionary). Could someone enlighten me in this nekomimi-moment (have nothing against spoilers
). Has it anything to do with the MEOW code? Or DD just loves furries and cosplay?PS: Still have to improve my background skills of course ^^'

I think DD wears the cat ears because of Rose putting her cat in her Sprite, which changes the "chess pieces" on the battlefield. It's really complicated and hard to explain, but I don't think DD had much of a choice in the matter.

He has to dress according to what the kids put in their sprites before entering, and one involved a cat. It's why they all have rather silly costumes. Great job, by the way!
