Awww, this is one of those works tht I cannot stop looking at <3 I'm really pleased with the results! And I CAN draw manly men it seems xDI love star crossed lovers, I can't help it, and these two's romance is the best one EVER. In the old tongue, mashiara means “beloved of the heart, but a love lost”.

YAY! I've finally found a drawing of Nynaeve the looks the way I imagine her. She's my favourite character even topping Mat. Previously in fantsay books I'd equated strong, independent women to annoying, man-hatting slut but Nynaeve showed me that this is not neccesarily the case.

that quote just made me realize there's a typo in Eye of the World. they wear white for mourning, it should be a widow's white.

Anyway, not only am I into it because I'm just recently returning to WoT since quitting around the time book eight was published, (thus bringing me to look up more current wot fanart), but I think the thing that really hooked me on this piece was the way you framed it up with that flowering branch. I like the way it gives the piece a swirling flow and complete feeling at the same time.
