its weird, at the beginning, it shows the 3d balls but then i click color and they disappear and i cant get them back!

...I know, that happened to me too, but you can learn a bit about how to use it here [link] ...You can do a lot of stuff with the fractals in the " Editors " - try adding different baseshapes and then transform them until you get something you like. You can also change the materials and the environment of the fractals from the " Render " section
