Waddles sees his cousin Tree that he wanted to try of his experimental potion which was Waddles made, Tree will grow his feet first because he has a ability and then Waddles give a potion to Tree and pouring on his grown feet then Tree gave Waddles a potion back and he poured on his feet as well.
Waddles's feet started to growing bigger at the exact same sizes of Tree's grown feet, and the two felt their huge plumpy toes wiggles on its own and Tree amazed of Waddles's potion work. Waddles tries to lift his huge right foot and it become lightweight from the effect of a potion and tells Waddles to Tree that the effect will wears off in 5 mins after the effect from the potion.
