Casts a debuff on the enemy, slowly draining their health. After a minute, the darkness explodes, causing a lot of damage to the person, and anyone in melee range around the person. A rather risky move.

Shadow Bolt - Physical: N/A Magical: **
Cast a simple darkness bolt at the enemy, causing a moderate amount of damage. Basically, his go to attack.

Aksel hates fighting. He prefers to negotiate or use non-violent ways to deal with his problems. He's not a strong fighter when he does fight however. He's weak defensively, his physical attacks are also weak, and his speed is just average. However, his natural magick ability was very high. His resitences to magicks is high, and when he can, his magick attacks are also very powerful. However with his dark magic comes a price. If he falls into a negative emotion or has a violent thought, his darkness will corrupt him and take him over.

When he's corrupted, he's more powerful, more intellegent, but he loses all of his 'good' thought. He will use unhonorable things to get his way. You can tell when he's corrupted because his darkgrey eye goes completely black, and has a slight glow to it, and his blue eye turns dark grey.

Aksel uses no weapon, instead he creates a weapon using his dark magicks. Normally he uses twin sycthes connected by a dark chain, but he can use the weapons of his crew-mates of the pirate ship he's on. He really can use anyone's weapon, however to create it properly, he needs to know their name, and it helps if he knows them well. So he tends to stick with those on his pirate ship. The most common weapon he replicates is Sander's Axe, and the least common is Neils' chain-whip.

Personality: Aksel is a very sweet boy despite being from a pirate background. He dislikes conflict of any sort, he treats people with respect even though they may not deserve it. If someone asks him to do something, he will do it as long as there is no fighting involved (this usually results him in swabbing the deck, a lot).

He's a very curious boy, especially when it comes to people. Why he enjoys people watching. He wonders why they dress the way they do, what their history is, what they do with their life, the questions always ask at him. However he rarely has the courage to ask people such questions, so he just wonders to himself.

He also loves pretty girls. He's in no way smooth around them, or flirty, but he enjoys talking to them, and hoping that he could get closer to them. But he knows he never could because of his eyes, and that his job choice isn't very good for a stable relationship. He's on a ship, they wouldn't be. It just wouldn't work out well. He daydreams for the day when he would meet a girl who wouldn't mind his piracy life.

Background: Aksel was the second oldest in a family of four children. He had an older brother, and a younger brother and sister. He was born in Linsund, in a house that had his three siblings, his parents, and his grandparents. All of them used dark magics, but none of them have the same eye 'problem' that Aksel does. He was born with those eyes, but they were not natural. His eye was turned dark grey by the magicks. It was originally throught his eye was like that because his mind was weak, however it was learned that is was because his magick ability is much higher than anyone else in the family.

Aksel one day when he was 16 was corrupted badly by his magic, and seriously injured his family. When he regained control of himself, and saw what he had done, he ran. He ran all the way to Vetmar, where he stowed away on a ship, eventually becoming the cabin boy on that ship (which turned out to be a pirate ship). He didn't mind it at all. They were feeding him and giving him a bed, and they did not mind his eyes. He has not seen his family since he ran, and he's okay with that. He would rather not see them again, scared to think of what they view him as. He's figured a monster.

Kewyn: Loves his bakery. Aksel visits it every time he's in Vetmar. Can relate to Kewyn's dislike for their own dark magic.

Matt: An intelligent man with pretty cool hair! Aksel respects him quite a bit, and Matt did save him from some evil ghosts!

Zave: A funny short guy, the guy knew his stuff about ghosts. He also can jump really high, which impressed Aksel.

Vikenti: A rather scary guy... Though his blue hair is memerable. He also can also jump really high... Aksel doesn't have much of an opinion about this guy... Other than he's scary.

Mari: A very sweet, and very pretty girl he met in Ulrien. It amused him that she didn't like shoes. He hopes to meet her many times more, if not for her optimism, if just to look at her.

Pirate Crew: As Aksel is a pirate, he has a crew of pirates. They're not really his, he's just part of the Captian's crew.

Christian: The captian of the ship. He's a strong, leader type of course, but tends to have a bad temper. He's from Vidarus, so enjoys keeping his ship around there. Aksel views him as an older-brother figure.

Keld: The first mate. He's calm and collected, normally is keeping Christian in check. He uses guns as his main weapon, so is normallys seen taking care of them. He is from Rindrir. Aksel has a lot of respect for this man, likes hearing what he has to say.

Hanne: The navigator of the ship. He's a quiet type, not one to talk. But when he does, it's usually sarcastic, cynical remarks. He is from Ulrien. Aksel doesn't know much about him, but still respects him.

Tomas: The brute of the ship, he's normally the heavy lifting guy, or the one sent the threaten the villages they pillage. He's either silent, or making fun of Aksel. He is from Vidarus. Aksel does not like him very much, but still listens when he orders him around.

Sander: Aksel's close friend on the ship. He was the cabin boy before Aksel was, so took Aksel under his wing. He's a hot-headed, brash, and loud, but has a good heart. He's from Tenfana. This is Aksel's close friend, so he enjoys being around him a lot.

Lars: Another member of the ship. He tends to be in the crow's nest a lot. His eye sight is unmatched on the ship. He has an oddly decent singing voice, except when he knows people are listening. He is from Ulrien. Aksel is amused by this guy, his persnality is funny to him.

Niels: The final member of the ship. This man is very mysterious, normally staying indoors on the ship. His background is completely unknown (Christian likes to joke that he's from Hlin). Aksel doesnt know much about him, rarely seeing him at all.
