Good attempt at the hair. The detailing is effective however the illusion is ruined by some strokes meeting at unnatural angles and perhaps your dark hair strokes could be re-thought. Consider highlighting with lighter shades stepping down from your base hair colour and using less of the hard dark lines. Those should be used sparingly to create depth; only being used to define the edges of hair where there is a prominent difference in distance from each other (ie. use these darker shades to create depth in the layering of your hair - Hair above should cast a shadow on hair below). As is, I find your hair to be very two-dimensional despite the amount of attempted detailing. It would have looked more consistent with the rest of the drawing had you only used a single colour to shade the hair as you did with the face and clothing. Overall good attempt though you should consider how and when to employ certain techniques moving forward with your art. All the best with future pieces.

This defines the word perfection!
The colouring of the hair and the face shape and the eyes! The detail added in is amazing. It's a nice OC, you should try naming him. The clothes are nice and work well with his hair and eyes. The drawing is good and the ribbon contrasts with the other colours. It looks like you copy and pasted the clothes but it still looks just as good, if not better. The only constructive criticism i can give you is the eyes, the right eye looks way more detailed than the left eye, for example how the blur is more effective. Aswell as the gradients. The right highlight (to the utmost right) is large than the one on the left eye. Same goes with the small one on the left. Another thing I noticed was the details in the left eye were decreased from the right eye, mainly because of the () <- that's what it looks like, can't really explain, they're just on the bottom. Yeah, those highlights aren't there on the left eye but are on the right.
Overall the drawing and colouring is amazing! Keep drawing c:

I think is a good drawing . The eyes is very ( i don know what to say ) the colour eyes is very cool . And the hair style is look very perfect . But the emotion is angry but it is okay. And the clothes make everything is perfect.sorry for my bad English ( if I make you angry) I very not good at English. And the hair colour is my favorite and perfect.and sorry always the same word . Well your drawing is good. The ribbon you drawing is look cool. You drawing is like realistic cartoon. Sorry for what I say bad sorry
