Execution of one of these ideas: (fav.me/d9brfzc )
the first thing I made completely from scratch (ok, except for the leather-straps) didn't really turn out as good as I wanted, but I shouldn't expect a professional masterpiece, it was my first time I did something like this...

I really don't want to give them away to anyone bacause it was a LOT of work and I just love them.
How about trying it yourself and I give you the patterns for sewing?

But for other work (drawing/painting) I am free to accept any commissions.

Dear, I know, that was just a big compliment! :3 I totally understand.Β
You'll give me patterns?Β

You'd have to wait a little then, I don't have much points for now to afford Your talent.Β

ok

If you want to: but you need to adjust them to your hand/finger size and I need to reconstruct and assemble them first so it may also take a while.

Cheers! ^^

Oh, right... my problem is that I've moved to my father's house and here is nothing but some of my old stuff from my mother's house. I mean, like everything stayed in there so I'd have some problems with checking my... sizes.Β

Oh my, You have a book too? I'd take a look and maybe for x-mas I'd afford it.Β

Feivelyn In reply to Millyp123 [2015-12-18 18:32:47 +0000 UTC]

For checking your sizes you can just draw a centimeter scale onto a paper strap and measure with that.
Do you sometimes sew or are you a total beginner? Do you have access to a sewing machine?

Millyp123 In reply to Feivelyn [2015-12-18 19:38:37 +0000 UTC]

Oh, yeah, right (for the 1st time somebody has actually given me a really practical idea). ^^
I'm a beginner, but my grandmothers used to work in a special factory (which I know, people used to sew there) and they're both in possession of sewing machines (so yes, I have an acces to sewing machines).

Feivelyn In reply to Millyp123 [2015-12-19 18:02:19 +0000 UTC]

ok, a sewing machine makes it a lot easier (especially if it's a good one, the one my mother has is really old an messy and not always doing what I want it to do)

maybe we should continue this conversation with sending notes.

Ooooh, they look so comfy and almost perfect. :3 It'd be cool to see you try the other two down the road.Β

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

Feivelyn In reply to ClassySnakey [2015-10-12 10:13:17 +0000 UTC]

oh, they are really warm and comfy :3 the only downside is that one of them turned out be a bit too smal and it is always a struggle to get it off my hand again...

maybe someday... but at the moment I'm doing another winter-coat-modification project

I like it despite its flaws, I just put too much work into it to hate it

FrezikEngrave In reply to Feivelyn [2015-10-11 20:09:17 +0000 UTC]

Yup, I know that feeling but sometimes Β I'm so disappointed of(with?) my work and I hide it deep Sorry for "rusty" english Once again - I like that gloves

Feivelyn In reply to FrezikEngrave [2015-10-12 08:45:19 +0000 UTC]

well, am really perfectionist about drawings and paintings but sewing is something different, I accept its flaws because I know I couldn't really do it better and that I need to practise a lot.
