I saw the movie yesterday and luff it X3
My family also has a couple of the graphic novels so I read the ones the movie was based on last night X3
I luff them~<3
I was originally gonna draw a hypo-realistic digital painting of TinTin as he appears in the movie but damn, I just couldn't get TinTin's lips right >:I it's coz he's got such a baby face D:>
So I drew some 'desu' slightly realistic TinTins and a large number of Comic Tintins, most of which virtually copied from the books
AAAAAND a creepy realistic fat-faced hideous one *shrivels up in the corner*TinTin (c) Herge

Good God! Or as Tin Tin would say, GREAT SNAKES! That's one great sketch compilation of Tin Tin you got there! The part of "desu overload" makes me laugh hard! XDD Now this things makes me want to doodle more Tin Tin! My first fan art has yet to be uploaded but still! This series is too good to pass up! D:

Just started ^w^ my family have a bunch of the books kicking around, so far I've read the Crab with the Golden Claws and The Secret of the Unicorn~ And I love them both X3 I've also dipped into 'the Cigars of the Pharaoh', randomly opened it up after using it to lean on while drawing, poor tintin had gotten himself locked up in an insane asylum D:> And now I can't find it >:I

wow, golden claws was my first tin tin story X3
for me the best is the Moon series (Destination Moon and Explorer on the moon) you must read it.. i cried a lot at the ending of the second(remember to read them in order, they are te same story splitted in two volumes (like secret of the unicorn and the sequel Red Rackham's Treasure).
i wish to read them all T_T

X3 Managed to find some more, I just rear 'Red Rackham's Treasure', 'A Calculus Affair' and 'TinTin Goes to America'

X3 My dad found it at a massive 'lifeline bookfair', lifeline is a secondhand organization and about twice a year they do massive bookfair in a convention centre in the city~ I rememebr him being rathe rpleased when h edug it up XDD
But silly Cigars of the Pharaoh has gone walkabouts and I can't find it I:<
And all of my family's Tintin books are ancient, they're falling apart T_T
