Description So, this weekend I decided my poor, neglected Prismacolors needed some attention. I had the uncolored ([link] ) version of this picture floating around. So here's the result. I'm not entirely happy with the color scheme, but it's not too bad considering it was on crummy paper and I had very limited colors and very dull pencils.

The scanner also ate all of the subtle shadows. x_x I'm annoyed.

So, yeah, here's the colored Dinosaucers medic. Please try not to flay me alive for crummy coloring. :-P It's been a long time since I used any traditional media other than ink.

Yays for traditional media!

I know how scanners can be a complete pain in the ass with shadows and colors.. and even lines and everything damnit. I have to do so much "after scan" work just for sketches!

Anywho, I'm a fan of the paws and the weight all seems shifted correctly. You did a fantastic job coloring (from what I can tell).... I was never too good at traditional color pencils, lol.

lol Thanks. It really isn't as good as you say. I might re-color it on the computer eventually. I dunno. I'm glad it didn't burn your eyes, anyway. Hehe.

I should like to flay you alive for your crummy colouring!

No, at least you are continuosly posting and showing you're alive! Can't say the same about myself.

At least you show some improvement and that you actually can draw! Can't say the same about myself.

But, honestly, the colouing is quite crummy... sorry You must be using the same pencils I've used through my entire upbringing! Maybe you can call it 'retro'? Good going!

Augh! My ego! It bleeds!

In my defense, it looks marginally better in person. My scanner chewed on it a bit. So, that means it's only 90% crummy. Though, you're right. The pencils I'm using are at least 10 years old. x_x;; lol

I hope you do some new art soon. You have more talent then you give yourself credit for.
