This Witch is nothing. Just a distorted magic that wanders the world. No Magi, God or even Concept has any recollection of this hollow Witch. As such, he lays still in his barrier, wandering in the fog as he lays in wait for those who somehow find and enter his labyrinth. Staring at them as he feeds off their memories in a futile attempt to find evidence of himself. Those who enter his barrier will slowly dissolve into nothing as well.
