I saw the trailer and I don't think she was pissed or serious or anything negative, I don't know because the episode is not out yet, but from what I saw in the teaser, I couldn't really see a frown on her face xD I saw low level eyes yes but I'm not too sure she's anything negative.
My theory: she's blinking, and for that scene, it looks somewhat like it would be put in a new intro or something. The other main characters (except I didn't see sparkle there) appeared to have their eyes closed and therefor indicated to me they all blinked all at once, or they were laughing.

Yay I wasn't the only one to notice this! Watching the teaser, I noticed Rarity, Applejack, Fluttershy, and Pinkie Pie standing behind her as the doors opened, so maybe they were accidently annoying her?
