You should have seen it in 1994 - for the World Cup, that dome was painted as a soccer ball!!

I suspect this is one of the better city halls in the country ... even with a "soccer ball" dome.  I've read reports that the Los Angeles City Hall is infested with rats and some city employees have contracted typhus.
