You're welcome. I confess that out of all the movies, it is "Hannibal Rising," that let us see who the character really is. I mean I loved Anthony Hopkins performance but there was no way to see what he was really thinking; how he got to be that way. Harris came up with a brilliant answer.

Well I think that is kind of a trend, explaining how characters became that way.
I actually liked that we didn't have Hannibal's point of view in the first movies! That we never knew his way of thinking. Hannibal Rising was a good movie, but definitly not my favorite! ^^

Hannibal Rising is totally not my favorite either! I mean I like it and all, but Silence of the Lambs was the one that made the biggest impression on me, and my scalp crawled along with Clarice's when the good doctor spoke for the first time.
And it's true, prequels are "in" right now.
