Description
For those of you familiar; This was an experiment with photo manipulation to get a better understanding of how the BC (and consequently ARA) infantry combat armours move. I plan on playing around with armour variants in the future. Also, there's a teaser in the mist of things forthcoming; Valkyries.For those unfamilier; BC stands for Blood Collar. The BC is a rebel faction in the world of Delve. They typically have nifty gadgets and gear as opposed to other parties.
ARA means Arion Royal Army. Regularly called Royals. The ARA is a primarily specialized infantry-based military force in the world of Delve.
Setting is in the distant future, approximately 2500 years ahead of us. 8D

Great work on the manipulation, it could pass as a painting imo. Never seen that kind of armor before, what models did you use?

well, the actual photo was of French-type soldiers, which were used as a base for the paints. As for the actual design, the ARA soldier in the background, his armour design was themed to be more utilitarian. Whilst the BC soldiers are a more sleek and intimidating themed without looking too alien.

more or less. Photo was manipulated a ton. added mist/fog, structures and vehicles. New details were painted using default photoshop brushes, that's what makes it look a little painterly.
