This is Ty Lee in her formal outfit...I used Photoshop Elements 4.0 to take each part from different drawings and to color it.

I did not draw this, but I spent 400 forevers trying to get it perfect!

Beautiful. There's a little something in the shoulders to cause confusion but I like it's pretty clear; the bow and such. I like dress design because it has this elegant yet simple thing.

Mh... Not bad, but it looks too blurry, also, you can't really tell what side of her is facing you due to the blurriness.
How about trying to redraw it?

It's not a drawing, it's a digital combination of drawings (not mine) that I did when I was like, really young. I'm not sure why it got so popular, I made it for a rpg and I posted on here because people kept stealing it and this stopped it. Personally I don't want to do it again lol ^^

its nice, but the way u draw it, you can't tell if her backs facing you and she's looking over her shoulder, or if she facing u and she tilting her head. You might want 2 work of drawing body forms, that would help. Pretty dress though!
