Alright EDIT.in the first place i didn't give him a back fin because he never swims.
but.....it looked weird and i changed my mind :/
so here's his back fin XD!

he always acts very cool and he wears large
diving glasses he found at the beach XD
he's afraid of water (how sad) but don't tell him
i told you that XDXD he'll deny it
