Canibus never lost to LL. In fact, Canibus whupped that ass on the mic. LL's comebacks were straight garbage. Def Jam just used its pull to freeze Bis out of the industry in terms of working with quality producers, effectively torpedoing his career, but in terms of the actual battle, LL never even got one quality line off on him. It was a massacre in Bis's favor. Easy.

As much as I disagree with Canibus being beaten this is dope.
But to set the record straight he didn't fall off he just did a shit load of independant stuff which still can be bought in such major outlets like Best Buy. But I he burnt his bridges with too many people to remain in the main stream.
He even had beef with Eminem which Em had to respond to on his 2nd to last album. As nice as Canibus is he can't make a good album to go mainstream but he still lurks in the underground. Dudes still a beast but don't take my word just look for "Rip the Jacker".

Can I Bus still put out records and he had an underground hit called (and I hope I'm getting the title right) 100 bars which was bad with a capital "B". His flow was sick. Seriously he got a raw deal. LL dissed him on record, he came back, LL crushed him and them he had a falling out with Wyclef. It's like he got cursed or something. At one point I had heard that Jay Z was considering signing him but I guess that fell through. By the way, Nice drawing. LOL

It's hard to be a hit rapper! He really tried to come out, but he couldn't get production right. He was and probably still is a great rapper, but without Dr. Dre, Swizz Beats, or Scott Storch you're just rockin to a bland drum beat. He was nobody before LL and nobody after.
