Cross Country is a sport of running. Compete to complete a course over open or rough terrain faster than other teams. The courses used at these events may include grass, mud, woodlands, and water. Yeah, my school has begun to condition as well. I am going to college next year, so I will be running with the college team soon xD.
For college the boys race is 4 miles too XD XD!!
