Description Nei Rin from the Star Wars: Legacy comics #11 and 12.

I did this as a birthday commission for the talented . It was my first time doing anything art-related to Yuuzhan Vong. I liked it. Think I might do more.

Done in Painter X. 4-5 hours.

Wow, when I first saw this in my inbox she looked very disturbing, lol! She still does, in a way. Looks very abstract, which gives it a slightly eerie feel. For your first time doing anything art-related it's quite good!

I've done stuff in the past with digital illustration, I think I have some of it in my gallery still. But I think I've gotten to the point where I'm comfortable doing more of it. Thanks for your comment!

Really great painterly style to it, you're putting that tablet through it's paces I am glad to see you've made her hair more black than brown hehe, that was one of my pet hates about Nei Rin's continuity issues Her eyes look beautiful! Haha, glad you liked it so much!

Black hair fits the Yuuzhan Vong better anyways. The eyes were surprisingly the most fun to do, once I placed them right. YV eyes are easier to draw than human eyes. hehe. Only thing I don't think I did that well on was the left ear. But oh well. I'm glad you like it!
