Dinofish again. I really have to think up a better name for him. (yes his colours are ever changing)erm..don't ask about the turtles..just happened. (don't ask about the rabbit either)
DF is saying welcome (in katagana)(in japanized english) to the turtles..and them korean words in green were written by my friend..apparently they mean "i love you" and "friends forever"....
this was meant for the japanese exchange student my sister was hosting but them green words told me to do a new one..
done in magic/marker pens..marker pen craze loves Dinofish

there really isn't a technique or trick , just the program you use. I have adobe photoshop cs2 , so if you can't figure it out , i'll resize for ye.
