Bio: The main antagonist of "Rise of the Vertebrates" and son of Mr. Grizz. His goal was to turn every sea creatures into radioactive, humanoid titans for world conquest and restore balance of mammals once again. By combining Fuzzy Ooze and Sanitize ink, he created "Vertebrate X". Ted managed to capture Amber and Damon so he could make serious progress of his finest work of Vertebrate X without even having those Inklings and Octolings to pay them at Grizzco Industries, which was abandoned during the whole incident at Alterna. He also hired his best henchmen to destroy Jasmine and her friends so they couldn't interfere with Ted's greatest achievements of world conquest.
