Yep, this derp can cook!These are Belgian chocolate Koi, swimming among shells.
The large 'parent' koi is a 500gram solid white/milk mix (20%/36%) and hand patterned with a swirled base. Her koi-lings are hollows, filled in with flavoured fondant crème: two white and two milk, one each of which has raspberry crème and the other a lemonade.
The shells are solids, white, milk, dark and some with mixes inbetween, and are bon-bon sized.
Not bad for self taught eh?
