Thanks! I've fallen a bit behind getting a handle on classes, but I'm intending to spend most of Friday drawing the next page.
Welcome to OWF, by the way! I promise it's not as awful as it seems sometimes.

Sekto left Raider a chest?
The plot thickens.

I honestly wasn't intending to create a cliffhanger with this break, it just happened Dx

No biggie.
The longer the wait, the bigger the surprise.

Thanks! Expressions are actually my favorite and yet most frustrating part of this, since it's a balance between pulling off expressions that are, well, expressive, and keeping the characters at least somewhat on model. Sekto doesn't even have a proper face so I have to try and convey his mood through eyes alone, while Raider is a bit easier to draw, it's way too easy to get his face structure wrong. Still, I'm having fun with it xD

I understand that. I've been attempting to draw Stranger but I can't get his face right unless I have a reference next to it. Even so. It still looks wrong. You appear to get all the facial details correct, BTW, I love the growly speech bubble for Stranger and the weak, ghostly one for Sekto when he doesn't have a body, it's perfect for their characters!

Urgh, yeah, steef are tough to draw x_x I just tried sketching Stranger now and even that came out bad because I didn't have a reference pulled up. Best pointers I can offer is that:
- Their heads aren't really round so much as they are roughly triangular -- one point at the very top of the skull (steef skulls are domed, presumably to make room for those bigass horns), one at the base of the skull where the head meets the neck, and one at the muzzle.
- The face itself is super scrunched-up. Their nostrils nearly touch their eyebrows, and the muzzle is shoooort.
- The nostrils and nasal bridge almost form an arrow shape that points down towards the mouth. Altogether, the nose is probably the most prominent part of the face.
-On Stranger, his eyes are almost sunken into his face, or at least somewhat small proportional to the sockets. Gives him kind of a cynical, world-weary look as well as a case of permanent resting bitch face xD
I can try to sketch out a steef diagram if you'd like, but this is a decent ref as well.
