Well, in this picture i didnt. ^^ Those rae my naturals eyes thar~
But in Paint.NET i color over them using different opacity's and such; i cant explain it honestly. .__.

Well, a nice tip then~
make sure you start with the bottom most color, lets say a light pink. then go over with a darker pink defining the shape of your eye, so just like- a crescent on the side maybe? follow the lighting of your natural eye. Then go over with a darker pink to make lines, define your eye lastly with a faded black and define the pupil also :]
