This little bugger walked up to me yesterday while I was eating lunch and took my chicken from out of my container, which as sitting in my lap :c I can still see the little bit of chicken on the end of of his beak!I actually quite like how this image came out. The feathers are nice and clear.

Beautiful shot. Can see the individual hairlike feathers at the start of his beak and the background is just a wash of color with this clear image! Very nice. Sorry about your lunch, but I do love a bird that is as cheeky as that! The swooping reminds me of the the Mockingbirds here. They can get quite aggressive about protecting that nest, thank goodness they aren't too big.

Thank you ^^ These birds are a fairly decent size so it hurts a bit when they collide with you. Most of the time they go for the back of the head and with their speed and size it is not uncommon for people to receive a concussion or be in need of stitches from their claws/beak.
Unfortunately it will be quite a while before I can take more pictures like this, I dropped my SLR camera and broke it :c Sending it in for repairs soon xD

They are quite a nice bird, They are a bit dangerous during their breeding seasons, cant go outside without being swooped xD
luckily this one was just hungry, and not being protective of the nest ^^
