Two nights ago I dreamt that I was an arcanine and I had to kill these old ladies who were zombies by pouncing on them and flamethrower-ing their face and then their face would be all melty and stuff.SO I DREW AN ARCANINE.

AUGHTFKDF shading love. i love when animals are actually drawn with the fur texture. most of your anatomy is spot on as expected from you drawing animals so much. my only gripe is that the paw/leg looks a little chunky and unnaturally... stiff? do you look at refs when you draw? sometimes if helps things look more flowy if you reference it. though i'm not sure what you'd use as an arcanine ref lolol.
i like the richer, creamier colours worked into the white fur but the orange is lacking in colours of more depth it's all kind of one shade, and the brown has next to no texture. i know it's a stripe but to make it look more natural it still needs texture to it anstuffff.

Haha I have a bunch of crazy dreams and I really don't know why, most everybody else I know rarely dreams and it's usually about something unusual but typical, like work or school :s

i love this, too.<3 i love the different colors in the fur and in the background, it creates a warm, fire feel to it~ plus i just want to hug his fluffy self. i also like how the mouth is unsually bright and smoking. i can definately see a flamethrower coming. :'D
