1) Once you've purchased the design, it's yours to do with it what you want. Want to breed for it in a Pokemon group you're in? Go for it! Want to transfer it in (if they allow for the transferring of adopts(PKMNation does not, just so y'all know, since that's where most of my watchers are from xD))? Go ahead! Use it as a personal OC? GO NUTS, MY DUDE.
2) Pleeeease don't re-sell it for more than you paid for, unless it's acquired additional artwork~
