Yup! Nile's is completely blind!! He can only barely see where he's going thanks to the electricity in his body. He uses it like a line, sending it out in small doses so that he can pick up on them. Think of it like an electrical version of sonar. ;3

Out though is a whoooooole other mess. Due to the earth being a complete grounder for electricity, it is impossible for Nile Dile to see on his own while outside. It's because of this that makes him very distressed when he's outside, and at rare times very panicky and twitchy. To prevent any of this from happening, Nile would require someone else to be with him while outside at all times. He's completely depending on the kindness of others!

Also he has a drooling complex. It holds electricity in it so try not to get touched by it too much. >u>
