Clint's team! I can't say I'm all that familiar with Clint's history other than what I've read in fic, but here's what I got as far as his Pokemon go.He got Pidgeot as a Pidgy very early on his life as they were fairly common around the circus, always eating leftover crumbs left by the attendees. The one he found was injured when he came across it, and he nursed it back to health.
Noctowl was found as a Hoothoot during an espionage mission through a forest. His Pidgeot (a Pidgeotto at the time) was the one who befriended it first, somehow managing to convince the Hoothoot to help out Clint. After that it just stuck around.
In my head, Pidgeot and Noctowl have learned how to fly in sync so that Clint can somehow travel back and forth between the two of them midair and shoot arrows at the same time! It is all very, very cool....
And yeah, his Pidgeot and Noctowl are larger than normal, though not by much. Pidgeots are supposed to be 4'11" and Noctowls are 5'1" according to the Pokedex!!
Anyways, Black Widow is next!

It's a shame that this picture was made before Generations 6 and 7 because Talonflame and Decidueye would have made perfect partners for him since they both have arrow themes.

I personally think that the sizes in the Pokedex are meant to be averages. I'm six foot, yet the Pokedex states Charizard is five feet tall and despite this, we see Ash being carried by his Charizard in the Unknown movie. So either everyone in Pokemon land is just really short, or the Pokedex just lists averages.

Post X/Y I'd think Talonflame would be more fitting. It has the whole arrow theme going (even called Fiarrow in Japanese).

I could imagine Hawkeye firing arrows from atop a Pidgeot , firing arrows from the sky.

the pokemon sizes should be used as a guide line, seeing as some pokemon grow differently compared to others.
so it doesn't bother me how large Pidgeot and Noctowl are.

As I think someone pointed out, I wouldn't sweat the sizes too much. Gameverse Pokemon tend to be quite small in general (few of even the legendaries get much over ten feet), and the anime (and various manga, for that matter) sizes up a lot of them. No reason you can't do the same!

Why only two bird pokemon? You could add Pokemon like Sperrow and Staraptor, hell, I think Blazikin would be a good choice too, 'cause it's like a bird, but with hands, soit could shoot a bow n' arrow too!!

I ignore the pokedex for the most part. I just use it to find the pokemon I want/need. The info just seems off...

I always thought noctowl and Pigeot should be bigger that what their pokedex entries say. Artistic license should always be welcome when it comes to pokemon sizing.

I always thought of pokedex heights as just "average" heights of the species, so I wouldn't be surprised to see one smaller or larger. XD

Haha I have started to ignore some of the heights because they were completely different than what I had always imagined the Pokemon to be. Dunsparce is supposed to be 5 feet long, and Nidoqueen is like only 4 feet tall!

Haha I mainly remember what they look like, so I try to figure out teams through looks first. I then look up their Pokedex entries to see whether they actually match or not xD;;;

Do you ever get annoyed by people telling you to do other Pokemon crossovers like Batman, or Sherlock, or Supernatural, or whatever? Like you are some kind of automatic pokemon-crossover dispenser? Because I feel myself getting annoyed on your behalf! Haha.

It can get tiring getting asked repeatedly, yes.... But I've put up a notice on my Tumblr at least saying that I won't be drawing anymore new times until further notice, so there's that haha. And I don't get asked that much so it's not too bad.
