Ok finished! Jazzed it up with some color tweaking and ~flowers~!Am attempting a more realistic style, and also just trying to get better at coloring/painting.

You know, I noticed something a moment ago when I was on my profile page. My 2 most recent favs. A little light went off in my head when I realized it.
Maybe no one else can see it, but maybe someone else will. But when I saw this picture [link] then full sized it and put it side-by-side with your Sherlock Holmes here I was like 'O_O Oh my gosh!'. Okay, yes, sure, not mirror image copies or anything, but it's really difficult not to see the similarities here! Especially with these gorgeous eyes!

I think the darks maybe still look a little too dark? Kind of like he's in a dimly lit room. But then... it might also be the school's monitor. xD
But, the art work is amazing, and I do love the sense you seem to have for color and especially for expression.

OMG *faints* This is utterly amazing! His eyes have a faraway look about them, which befits the character of Holmes perfectly, expecially when he's bing contemplative.
I could put a whole lot of synonyms for "wonderful" here, but I'll restrain myself.
