after a little while something come's out of the forest where our heroes where looking at and it was a little army of robots with a big one in charge then a flying weird pod come's out of it showing it was being piloted by a Egg shaped man.

???: i knew i smell a rotten rat around here
Sonic: great to see you too Eggman

the Egg Shaped man seems angry by the commentary of Sonic, it seems these two have history so Luz whisper's to Sonic's ear.
Luz: hey Sonic you know this guy?
Sonic: unfortunately yes, Doctor Eggman, Evil Genius, Total Jerk, i kick his butt every time we see each other
Eggman: well looks like the Blue Pest find him self a new group to annoy around
Sonic: yeah well what are you doing here Egghead?
Eggman: you really want to know?
Sonic: um yeah, that's why i ask abo-
Eggman: well can it Hedgehog i have bigger issues to attend

the both humans are seem confused and Steven steps up and goes talk to Eggman.
Steven: hello mister Eggman my name is Steven Universe and we were wondering if you knew a way out of here or if you could help us out?
Eggman: HAHAHAHAHA!!! you really expect me to help you when you are ally's with this Blue Rodent? NO SHUT IT, now if you excuse me i need to destroy a Hedgehog

Doctor Eggman orders his robots to destroy Sonic so he attacks and destroys some of them but one shoots him in the back leaving him out of combat.

Eggman: finally this will be sweet
Sonic: GAH!! that was a cheap shoot Eggface
Eggman: say whatever you want but your doom is inevitible, Goodbye Sonic it's been fun while it last

Before the robot could shoot Sonic again it get's destroy by a pink shield that was trown towards the robot's head.
Eggman: WHAT??!!!

the shield was trown by Steven who look at Eggman with a serious face while he spawn another one.
Steven: sorry doctor but if anyone mess with my friends i won't stand here and watch

Sonic starts to get up with a smirk in his face.

Sonic: thanks Gem Boy
Steven: anytime Sonic
Luz: um guys i don't want to cut the moment but we got some more company
as Luz says that she points on some more robots that are coming towards them so they both get in fight positions.
Eggman: well you all start to dislike me now so now i have to destroy you too
Sonic: yeah well let's see if you can keep up with us Eggy
Steven: prepare for combat everyone
Luz: OH YEAH!!! i always dream to fight evil robots
Eggman: enough of this Badniks ATTACK!!!

as Eggman get's the command the robots charge at the Trio of Heroes which prepare for their next move to attack too.
