It's a design for a layout. But what would you suggest it be? So I can change them all..

well, you could put them in designs & interfaces -> misc, but that isn't very suiting.
you could put them in conceptual photomanipulation, in mixed media, pop art, I'm not completely sure. Could you explain what this layout is for exactly? Sorry if I'm seeming rude, probably because I don't know what this is fully. :\

I have read all the categories I felt it could fall in, and I felt designs & interfaces > web interfaces was the most appropriate category for them.

It's a premade layout design for my website, the version that you can download at my site - which is down because the hosting plan expired - is coded. Typically the people that use them use them for blogs.. And I don't include a screencap of how everything displays here because I don't let you download them from devianart.

eh, I've never seen him do anything...I'm keeping an open mind with him, though no one will EVER be better than David as the Doctor. And that's saying something considering my doctor was Chris. (he was good too but I prefer tennant)
