80's Felt!Sam and Felt!Gene!
Sam's costume was based on the one I drew in this picture. But alas, I couldn't find any pink wool that was suitably eye-melting for his shirt, so he's had to go with subtle pink today instead.

They are! But their limbs are a bit weird- if you bend them too much, the wire comes out. I did some poses with them here: [link] if you wanted to see how they umm... 'bend', wink wink XD

I wonder if they have Life on Mars in France ... I know that they like to dub American films. Your journal made me laugh, only the French close everything for lunch.
The english section in supermarkets are strange, but it never stops my brother getting hold of a Fray Bentos pie most holidays. There was a piece on the radio recently about ex-pats in France having their shopping shipped over from Blighty just because they can't bear to be severed from spam and hoops.
