My first submission I'm putting up here from our Shaver Lake Photoshoot from 2011. Our theme we decided on was based around an Elementals idea. Here's Shayna, starting out with the embodiment of mud, and then, through the kaleidoscopic choices of my mind, editing in Photoshop and Lightroom, resulted with a really interesting image. I have more than a half dozen versions and directions I went with this shot, with very diverse results, and actually was really satisfied by all of them in different ways. Maybe I'll show another here sometime in the future..I used a texture from aqueous-sun-textures:: [link]

This piece is very interesting. The color scheme is odd, but not bad. It really is something that one can look at for a while. The one negative thing I would say is that the splotches of color make it difficult to make out what's going on and there isn't a clear image. When I looked at this even closer I realized that this was taken outside in sunlight which I found surprising because I thought it was taken at night. I find that interesting in a good way that I couldn't tell the difference.
Overall this photo is nice but a little over edited.

This is a pretty interesting and of curse colourful Picture.
I'm a bit distured by the bright spot on the woman's forehead but the rest is pretty good.
It rembembers me of those colour-festivals where People throw colours at each others.

I really love the contrasting colors on this picture. The orangey-reds and the pale blues really work well together. There's a lot to look at here and I love the overall theme - it's a very interesting effect with a slightly gritty look to it 
I'm sorry I don't really have any constructive critique here - I'm not very knowledgeable about photography and photomanip. I can just tell you that I like it
