Swinging good.
I'm growing very interested in this universe. Is there a particular setting for the background?

Thanks!
The setting for Cri'ru is actually a small planet called Neako, which consists of forests, plains, swamps, snowy mountains, and even some rocky desert, but not many oceans.
Neako is only one of many inhabited worlds in a globular called the Sitrina constellation. Kameilo is also already from another planet called Marea, which is mostly a temperate oceana with tropical climates. She traveled to Neako not by spacecraft, but rocky caves that magically bridge some worlds together.
Later on, in the Homeseeker Trilogy I want to write, she travels by hiring space pilots to taxi her between different worlds, as she searches for her clan, who disappeared without a trace when she was a small child.
Ardal Orion, a jethi like her, is the protagonist of Homeseeker and he works as a cargo loader a freight shipper. His clan on planet Valgenta also vanished around the same time as Kameilo's. Homeseeker explorers the other worlds of the globular, where Cri'ru is localized to planet Neako.
Furthermore, Cri'ru is an interesting adventure for Kameilo as mystical time-distortion is a key player in her adventure. Its thus a non linear story with multiple endings in a universe where all other adventures are also canonly linear, and any of the endings to Cri'ru could be canon, if not all of them in their own right.
Cri ru is kinda of like an isolated adventure, thus.
