At first it began as a doodle of some random girl but as I continued with the details she began to remind me of Kula Diamond. So, I slapped on a few colours, threw in some filtersand tossed in some snow.
Heck, why not?
Kula Diamond is of the coolest (pun intended) characters from SNK's King of Fighters.
