Taken at the Rennaissance Faire in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, August 2007.This is "The Bull", although he has another 'acting' name which I forget.

I hope to be going to the Ren Fair very soon. It's only about 20mins from my house. It took me forever to convince my boyfriend to go. I just want to take pictures so badly.

Awesome! The Ren Fair is so much fun. Have you gone before? Surely you have if you live so close to it! I wish it was easily accessible to me, but alas -- it be not. I loved dressing up for it, but I think it was something like 104 degrees fahrenheit when I was there (not sure about that as I use celcius here). Anyways, it was the hottest day for the fair and there was not a breath of air. We were soaking in our sweat. Ewww. Not a good day to wear a costume.

I've only been there once or twice before. Last time I went with a friend and her mom because her mom loved reenactment type stuff. It was before I was into photography, though. This time I really want to go just so I can take pictures.
And it was most likely close to 100. We can get some pretty oppressive weather here. Freezing cold winters, and extremely hot summers. Oh joy! And I know the feeling of soaking in your sweat. My boyfriend's car didn't have an A/C so all summer I practically died whenever we went anywhere. Ughhh.
