I think this is pretty great actually, nice placement of Chun Li, following the rule of thirds. My only suggestion would be to mess with the blur and sharpen tool just a little bit to add just a little more depth and to move the text a little more to the right maybe to not be directly on the render. These are just small critiques though. Great work! Faved!

I can't do tutorials by 2 reasons
The first one is - i don't know how
The second is - i have bad computer ( 8mb video and etc ):S

Did. . . did you actually make this? AND YOU SAID IT LOOKS UNFINISHED!?!?! HOW DARE YOU SAY THIS PIECE IS UNFINISHED!!! No in all seriousness, this looks done. But maybe, and I'm just throwing this around, but maybe try relocating "Chun-Li STREET FIGHTER" to a different spot, or increase the size. Like I said, it looks done, but if I wanted to make one, just one alteration the name location and/or size would be my choosing. But if you feel like that's not it, then I say your work is done,. Done enough for me to add to favorites, which I do not do a lot, rarely at all.
