regarding story limits , I can quote myself on the answer given to the same topic:
"we love some B-movie/horror flick/damsel in distress style, you know, there's no problem in how the "torture" gets cruel (intricate bondage, many ticklers, evil tickling techniques and such kind of things as long as it doesn't become gruesome or of bad taste)as you can see from Our gallery we love a dark sadistical mood but always with a little surreal old comic vibe it it (at least, that's what we try to achieve)
I think both the "tickle Hospital" or "chinese torture" settings may be pretty interesting,or any other comic/movie setting guess You'd choose the one You like most eventually!
and as stated before no porn or sex whatsoever and...the heroine always survives in the end ( even after a tremendous ordeal)

Dark sadistic is an awesome theme, and I can agree about the heroine surviving after. Stand still and stiletto heels might be my favourite of the sets you've done so far, so I'll see if I can come up with ideas along those lines~
