This is the first in a series of photos of advertisements about the safety of GoodYear tires at the time, made with a steel liner in the tire body.
As usual at the time, lots of white strip tires. And when these flat whitewall tires are photographed it gets a sexy and very provocative feeling of wanting to drive or being with your girlfriend or cousin driving your car in this very humiliating situation, a flat whitewall tire limping and rattling with the flaccid rubber well squeezed!
